		<description>Have not tried a registry cleaner ever for fear of goofing things up! As for virus and spyware scans, run them daily. I have heard about fragmentation having a debilitating effect on drive performance. I think it might be true since my PC is running pretty slow since the last 6 months and my drives are quite fragmented. I think i will do a cleanup etc and see if there is a boost.</description>
